Legacy did an awesome job throughout the entire process of selection of our kitchen countertop to installation. We had our kitchen granite replace with quartz and the removal and install went very seamless. I would highly recommend Legacy Countertops!
We were being told it would be 4-5 weeks for countertops for our kitchen renovation from a local big box store so decided to look for a local company that could help out. We found Legacy on the internet, called and within a two weeks new countertops were installed. All without any hassles. Bob and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful – wouldn’t buy counter tops anywhere else. They are beautiful!

I used Legacy to replace my countertops and backsplash, it was a pleasure to work with Bob, Hilda, and Nate. I shopped around at several different places but decided on Legacy because they just made me feel comfortable and didn’t make things so complicated, like picking out countertops. The workers were on time, very professional, and tried to be as clean as possible under the circumstances. I waited a long time for this renovation and it was worth the wait, final result-beautiful. I would recommend Legacy to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

Just recently used Legacy countertops on Westinghouse in Charlotte. The work was excellent and the price was very competitive. They are full service also, not like some who cost you more because you have to employ other services.

We used Legacy Countertops Charlotte for the install. We redesigned our kitchen island and I was able to pick out a slab that matched our perimeter granite that was installed 20 years earlier!

Several years have passed since Legacy installed granite countertops in our upstairs kitchen. I can confirm that Legacy stands by their products and service. Additionally, they made tops for our two rolling carts (no additional charge).
They ensure that the customer is completely satisfied, not only at the completion of the project, but forever. They have followed through twice for us. Yesterday, Gio arrived repair damage caused by our plumber. Again, no charge. They are honest, trustworthy, timely, and professional.
I highly recommend Legacy Countertops, because Bob and his family stand for quality, a fair price, professional workmanship, and the best customer service I have ever experienced.
This was my second time coming to Legacy for granite needs. Both times have been a pleasure! Customer service rep went out of her way to find me the best granite for my budget. Installers made sure I was included as they did their work and they did not leave until everything was done, perfect and cleaned up! I will definitely continue to purchase from Legacy and highly recommend them for high quality product, service and installation!
Nate & Hilda were wonderful in helping me choose the granite for my bathrooms and kitchen. They made sure the 7′ x 4′ island had nice color and a flowing design to make a statement. Great customer service!
If you are doing a remodel, look no further than the team at Legacy! These guys are amazing. Not only are they the nicest, funniest and most accommodating, they are pretty darn good at what they do!
When we were picking our kitchen counters, they did their research across at least SEVEN or more slab yards until they found the perfect stone for us. Adrienne is an absolute rockstar. She took the time to explain the difference in quality and price to us. Hilda met us at multiple slab yards to point out the stone and even had us pick the exact template for our counters.
We are now on project #3 with them and can’t wait to do more. They are like family! Bob is the sweetest guy ever. And their prices are very competitive. They will work with you. Call them today and do not worry about a thing. So glad we found them!.
Best and easiest renovation we’ve ever had done! Ally at the store was very helpful in our material selection and design. Staff that removed old counters, installed new counters, backsplash and plumbing were all very friendly and tidy. They cleaned up along the way and left us without a mess when finished! We were also excited to have one company do a turnkey project unlike most granite companies in our area. Prices were fair, selection was great, but the service really made all the difference. We will definitely look to this company for future projects and to recommend to friends and family.

I have been wanting to give our kitchen a face lift for over a year. I was intimidated by the process and unsure how the cost would add up. I finally decided to go for it and called around to a few places to get estimates. Immediately I saw a difference between the customer service and response time of Legacy versus other countertop places. Adrianne was so helpful from the start. The process started with me giving them a drawing of the kitchen layout with measurements. They were able to take that and give me multiple estimates for countertop, tile backsplash, demo, and even a plumber. A little over a week later we went to the show room and picked out the granite slab and other finishing touches. They then got everything scheduled within two weeks. I was shocked at the turn around time. From the day they got here to demo to the tile guy finishing the last step, it only took a total of 3 days. I am so impressed with the work, the ease of the process, and the customer service. I asked Adrianne tons of questions and she was always happy to answer. If you’re looking for a one stop shop with great quality at all levels, I highly recommend Legacy Countertops.
