Perfect for Small to Medium Projects
Legacy Countertops fabricates multiple projects each week, and we often have small pieces of extra material leftover, predominantly granite, marble and quartz. These remnants are perfect for bathroom vanities, laundry rooms, table tops, desk tops, shower seats and thresholds, hearths and fireplace surrounds, and even Lazy Susans and cutting boards. Remnants allow you to complete small to medium-sized projects without having to purchase a full slab.
How It Works
Before You Arrive
- Appointments are not necessary, but they are recommended
- Bring the layout and accurate measurements for your vanity or other project, the number of sinks needed, and the height and location of any backsplashes or risers
- It’s also helpful to bring any materials you’ve already chosen for your project, including cabinet doors, flooring, backsplash tile, paint colors and/or wallpaper
Choosing Your Remnant
- We will calculate your square footage and help you choose a remnant that’s the right size (not too large or too small)
- If we don’t have a remnant that works, we will look at our Shop in Pineville and send you information and/or photos of additional material that’s available
- We sell remnants on a daily basis, and we deliver new remnants to the Showroom every other week, so our remnant inventory turns over quickly
Payment & Turn Around
- Remnants must be paid in full (via cash or check). This will hold your remnant and get you on the calendar for templating and installation (or pickup)
- We strive to offer a 7-10 day turnaround from template to install. The tops are cut by our experienced employees (not subcontractors), and the finishing details are added by hand. All field seams are placed at the discretion of Legacy Countertops
